Cutting edge technology is the plus point to work here. The available resources and flexibility is enough to progress your career. The work life balance is very good. Salary wise the overall package is satisfactory. The RSU get at every year's review comes out to be good amount if stocks rising.
Cons
People are quite in Santa Clara. Little more procedures for product engineer role that takes time from engineering efforts.
