      Pros

      I have been working in Avago-Brcm for over 10 years, Good salary/benefit and RSU, working environment is good, colleagues are good

      Cons

      Lack of training, retrenchment is common, have experience a large scale of retrenchment about 50% of the whole department asked to leave on the same day

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
