      Good salary and commission plan

      Cons

      Poor sales strategy based on corporate blackmail. Expected to work around 60 hours a week, using weekends to catch up on work Never allowed to take holidays No training on systems, products, or processes. No support either.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
