RSUs will be allocated to the employees to lure them.
Cons
1) Upper Management doesn't differentiate between Chip Manufacturing and Software company. 2) Heavy layoffs quarter on quarter even your performance is above the expectations 3) No work-life balance 4) During the second wave-peak pandemic, management has asked software employees to work from office on shift basis. Pathetic situation for the employees. 5) NOT AT ALL recommended even for Freshers as well for lateral hires. 6) NO HR department
