      Pros

      It seems like a great place to work, but, as a contractor (for a short span), I have met some "happy" campers and also "non-happy" campers.

      Cons

      As a contractor, I felt as if I was not a part of the team. I never really had a chance to grasp, or belong to the culture of what Broadcom that I have heard of. I suppose it's because I was just a "contractor". :(

      Pros

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
