Pros
Very clear in communicating the company vision, strategy, and everyone's role in contributing towards it. You have the ability to make very good money. Hang onto the stock if you have some. Great people in pockets of the company.
Cons
Flat organization, emphasis on EPS at the risk of burning customer relationships. Rolling quarterly layoffs make for a no-morale environment. Strong-arm tactics with employees and customers. Not a very pleasant workplace or culture.
