      - managers treat you like an actual employee giving you real work - great pay and experience - excellent place to be if you want a career in technology - lots of potential for growth

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
