Pros
This was once a bright and upcoming company, leading on many fronts. There still exists some of that culture, but it is disappearing fast.
Cons
The upper management is way too concerned with cutting costs. No long-term evaluation of how the cost-cutting will affect future growth or success. "Tripping over dollars to pick up dimes" as they say.
