      Share price and equity are outstanding

      Cons

      Salary is competitive but not great, and work atmosphere is a grind in the truest sense of the word. If you are an A++ personality, you'll probably do fine.....if not, you'll struggle and be in good company struggling along with all the other worker bees.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
