Pros
Unsure if this is considered a pro which sets it apart from other companies, but it does have RSU grants to speak of.
Cons
Expect poor or no service from HR and Payroll. Expect aggravations and emotional drain if you get into an issue. Case in point they have 2 people in HR for a company that is 20k+ strong. Culture is toxic and workers have low morale. CEO is an extreme cost cutter. It operates like it is losing money and needs to save cost to survive. I wish I had known this.
