      There is nothing to write about.

      Cons

      They are instructed to come to work compulsorily. Asked to reduce resources on the verification machine. Internal access is supposed to be SSO, but you have to go through SSO authentication every time. This is okta's cheapest plan.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
