      None that I can think of.

      I have joined Broadcom as part of VMware acquisition. During aprx 1 year with Broadcom, none of the promises from Broadcom management came true during that period.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
