      All culture VMware worked so hard to build over the years, reading diversity, bringing you best self to work, ability to work from home and supportive team has been lost in the acquisition.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
