Very political, no appreciation for good work, quick-to-complain mentality, egoistic and directionless management, no efforts to retain good talent, vacation policy favors only the "buddies-with-boss" employees, lately not enough RSUs, slow promotion cycles, indirect expectation to work late hours/weekends all thru the year.
