      1. allow remote work even covid-19 after period 2. managers are not pushing, performance pressure is not big 3. Most of work are open source contributing.

      Cons

      Bad after acquisition. Now we are forced to RTO. Managers are pushing.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
