Great Company with many good engineers (for now). Again, emphasizes "engineers" only.
Cons
Significant cut back compensation. No more vacation days. If you are good friends with your boss and his boss, you get promoted, great vacation, and raises. If you are not, you are off to deep end without a future nor vacation days. A lot of unprofessional stuff continues on a regular basis for years now. Director and his managers use angry red faces and profanity at maximum volume as ways to get engineers to finish their jobs. Weekly meetings are always your highlight. If you get pulled in behind close door, then detail cannot be provided here without being censored. Bad work and life balance. HR is just a word in this company. They don't really physically exist.
