      Pros

      Broadcom is one of the best company in industry. They are best at what they do.

      Cons

      Hikes are low. Not per industry standard. Half of staff is out-sourced and quality of engineers are poor. Not much to learn from your peers.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
