      As Ex-VMware Employee, the only positive point in Broadcom is their salary and renumaration package. nothing else

      Cons

      No culutre, no system, no vision. Everyhting is centered around very few people with centralized power

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
