      Pros

      Salary and stock options, but mostly stock options

      Cons

      Culture, frequent layoffs, minimal to no communication. This company exists to make the stock price as high as possible while paying as few employees as possible. There's very little to like about working here beyond a possible future payout.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
