Pros

I spent almost nine years at Broadplace, and it was one of the most rewarding periods of my career. During that time I had the opportunity to progress through several leadership roles, work alongside incredibly talented colleagues, and partner with an impressive portfolio of global brands across multiple industries. What truly sets Broadplace apart is its people and culture. There is a genuine focus on collaboration, continuous learning and empowering individuals to take ownership of their work. I was trusted with increasing levels of responsibility throughout my career, allowing me to develop not only commercially but also as a leader. Ajay and Rohit deserve particular recognition for the role they played in my development. Their leadership, mentorship and belief in my abilities gave me the confidence to take on new challenges, think strategically and continue progressing throughout my time with the business. Broadplace is a company that invests in its people and creates opportunities for those willing to work hard, learn and grow. Looking back, I'm incredibly grateful for everything I learned during my time there and would have no hesitation in recommending Broadplace to anyone looking to build a long-term career in digital marketing, media and commercial leadership.

Pros

Broadplace is a great place to build your career. I joined as an apprentice and left six and a half years later as a confident Senior Account Strategist, largely thanks to the trust, autonomy and responsibility I was given early on. The people are the business’s biggest strength. The biddable team is collaborative, knowledgeable and genuinely supportive, and I’ve built strong working relationships and friendships that made coming to work enjoyable. Client exposure is also great. Working across B2C, B2B, ecommerce and lead gen in a wide range of industries accelerated my development and gave me experience well beyond my years. Hard work is recognised. I was promoted twice during my time at Broadplace and consistently felt valued, particularly in the last few years where I had full ownership of my portfolio.

Cons

Remote working and a smaller team have naturally reduced some of the social elements of the role. Having experienced the company when it was full-time in the office with a larger team pre covid, the in-person energy and camaraderie were particularly strong, and that aspect has softened in recent years.

Pros

I can't praise Broadplace enough. Throughout the years of working for Them I saw juniors blooming to become team leads, apprentices growing to turn into the full time professional, becoming confident and valuable members of the company. If you are keen to learn, adapt to ever changing Paid Media "universe" Broadplace is you place to start, to continue, to grow. They praise the hard workers, they support them, they help them to grow to their full potential - a they are a very nice bunch of people, too - Ajay, Paul and the rest of the team are very friendly, open minded and really nice to work with.

Cons

Honestly, I can't recall anything negative about Broadplace - I had a very positive experience working for them. Highly recommended!
