Pros
Well there could be many but cant remember any as such as the worst work life balance and pathetic management has forced me to write this review.This company is unethical from head to toe. So beware of any career move for such company.
Cons
1. This group is a Complete bunch of idiots who do not have any value for any person. 2. Worst company to work , you are considered as a animal rather than a human being. 3. All project, process are miss managed. very poor management. 4. Manager does not know how to run a project 5. HR can't take any decision and they needs to depend / obey with the Director. 6. Sr Management of the company has whimsical sense of humour .Volatile decision making, which changes every week based on their judgement. Can make or break your career within a day. 7.They consider anyone as "RESOURCE" that can be switched out. 8. Manager has full control on Appraisal system and policies. HR is mere spectator. 9. Non meritorious boot-licking culture. 10. Finally and the most important one, product is getting more unstable day by day due to the reason that this company thinks according to what a Developer think, they never tried to work how customer needs a product. I think these guys need to join some good organisation so that they can learn how other companies work, what kind of work culture they maintain and then think of running there own. Last but not the least if this group want to grow up Lyod sir please fire some of the top level guys. Please please take some time and read the Exit interview feedback forms of employee's.
