Pros
New Visionary CEO (change is in the air), great smart people to work with, headquarters office in SJ looks & feeling like your working in a luxury hotel, cafe food tastes extremely good, & base compensation higher than most competitors.
Cons
Need to get with the times, old school mentality still exists with senior leadership team, management team needs some serious work they don't know how to manage, and a lot of employees who have been there ALONG time 10 plus years that aren't bringing anything new and like to do things one same old way they can't think outside of the box any more (time for them to be moved OUT)
