Business Outlook
Pros
Great campus. Fast moving. Some interesting projects. Cafeteria food is awesome (Bon Apetit); subsidized, but you have to pay. Free work out facilities. Good kitchens.
Cons
Senior IT management not aligned. Company not growing; just chugging along in a range. No interest in letting employees learn the business (e.g. no immersion, just start working and figure everything out). HCL offshore is extremely low quality.
