Pros
FC market is still growing, that is their bread and butter. Try to do things in a big company way, nice new campus, gym facilities onsite. Bonus is good at times because of good profit margins.
Cons
Stagnation, engineering is riddled with politics and favoritism. You cannot grow unless you play the favoritism and become a yes-man. Engineering VPs will make you work weekends just because they need to look good. Any growth and career opportunities are stifled by immediate managers. HR policy is not conducive to move within Brocade.
