      Pros

      You will learn a lot in this role. It is great entry level job. Great for professionalism and growth in the workforce.

      Cons

      Big caseloads and a lot of work expected from Case Managers. If case loads were smaller maybe the services would be of better quality. It’s hard to be client centered when paperwork is priority too.

      Friendly Coworkers Contacts with high level city employees Ample vacation time Healthcare and Pension Benefits

      Cons

      Low pay No growth Higher Executives earn way more than supposed to be in an NPO, just like wikipedia senior executives earn a lot and still begs for pennies to customers.

      Plenty of employee benefits to opt into. Generous PTO. Trainings and tools for mental health awareness and self care.

      Cons

      Communication could be better I'm some instances. No clear progression for certain positions. Office politics/favoritism can jam up cultivating stronger workforce.
