Lacking quality sales training. This company values throwing you right into the deep end right from the get go and wants you to figure things out for yourself. They offer “help” but often in the form of “You’re smart, you’ll figure it out” or “You’ll get the hang of it eventually.” Nothing of any substance. Also this is the largest market in the company so there often isn’t enough time for beginners to get the hang of things before being put into the line of fire.
