Pros
In the past 30 years of my career I've never been able to envision a truly long-term opportunity at a company - at BFS, I finally see a future. My team members are fantastic, there is plenty of work to do and lots of opportunities to learn new things. Yes, implementing SAP is a headache in many areas, local and corporate. But I truly believe BFS has what it takes to get this new system running smoothly.
Cons
If you had asked me at the beginning of the year, I would've said I could see myself staying here until retirement. The only thing is, the CEO has recently mentioned implementing (enforcing?) a complete return-to-office after many years of a successful hybrid model. I don't think anything is broken by having people work some days at home, why try to fix something that is making many of your employees happy? I've seen plenty of times where leadership at BFS listens to employees - I sincerely hope this is one of the times they listen.
