* The product itself is *excellent*, and it feels good to work on something that lots of construction folks use to improve their workflows * I really like my coworkers. They are extremely bright and yet receptive to new ideas and opinions * Lots of positive feedback from team/managers when you do something well * Catered food on Monday * Competitive salary

* Like other startups, you might find priorities change quickly

The Exec team is down-to-earth and approachable. The leaders here really do care about the happiness of employees and understand that when employees are happy customers are taken care of. The culture is supportive, fun and empowering. People are encouraged to bring their full selves to work, to be authentic and engaged. There are limitless opportunities for growth!

Cons

We are growing rapidly and working to scale, and cannot hire fast enough but that's a good problem! Typical growing pains of a rocketship startup but you are surrounded by an empathetic and supportive team that will help you out.
