In my 15 years in telecom, I have never worked for a company who valued their employees as much as Bullseye does. They show employee appreciation in very tangible ways such as company trips, birthday treats, employee of the month programs, etc. However, more importantly, employee appreciation happens within daily interactions. The executives listen intently to the person who year ago, a month ago, or even a week ago. The company purposely fosters innovation in their employee and then empowers them to bring their innovation ideas to life. Each Friday there is opportunity for employee to employee recognition. The culture here is definitely moving in the right direction. I also love that the company recognizes that in order to stay relevant, they must evolving from a POTS provider into a VoIP provider. This is huge undertaking with lots of challenges. By doing this, we get to hire new talent and existing employees have an awesome opportunity to learn to new technology.
