Pros

Benefits and perks (unlimited PTO & company paid lunches etc) are the only thing keeping most employees.

Cons

Advancement in management is not something existing employees here are interested in as its a big reduction in pay so management of the teams are new hires. Boss's instead of leaders are in charge. Targets are a joke and favoritism is big. This company was great to begin with but has lost all focus on its employees. Head leadership doesn't have a clue

Only the first product is doing well, nothing else has really taken off. Casts concerns on future.
