      People at same level are good If you want to sustain without any growth

      No job security Unorganised decision making Unorganised sales practices Immature team management Should consult employees before any decision to avoid any collateral loss People sitting at TL level are there just for stock trading and are useless with zero Team handling knowledge/experience Zero respect for their valuable assets (i.e. Employees) Less pay structure as compared to market average
