Strong sense of loving and supportive community among coworkers. Supervisors are empathetic and gracious. Students (clients) are warm and thankful. Independently manage time and workload. Excellent healthcare benefits, vacation/sick time, and holidays.
Cons
Upper management frequently makes last minute changes that abruptly dumps heavy workload on lower level staff and demands short turnaround, all of which could be prevented if they would consider and heed input from staff. Compensation is below market value.
