People are being rated low and forced to leave. Out of 12 exits at 8 hv left in frustration. They are called in and convinced to leave. PM , leads with over 12 yrs are asked to code line level in which they rnt hands on for over 5 years else told to leave. Has no sales force at all. Every employee is assumed to try and sell. The owners have officially already sold US business few months back. Whats going to happen now to Pune operations? Is a question.
