Pros
- Employee-owned culture is the best of any company I've worked at - A good majority of employees and management genuinely care for customer success and this solid teamwork results in consistent performance and repeat customers - Company pays for on-site client parking expenses (a nice perk for client sites in DC metro) - Flexibility to design one's overall career and training opportunities as long as you have a capable and caring manager.
Cons
- Slow to adopt trends or emerging customer requirements - Majority of portfolio consists only of DoD projects - Salary / pay raises are subjective as in most companies - Not a well-recognized brand outside local DoD community
