The entire business model is a scam. Senior leadership making promises / proposals hey know they have no shot of fulfilling. Small recruiting team attempting to cover several brands nation wide who just recycles bottom feeder candidates no one else in the industry wants to hire. Unethical business practices charging business partners for attending events their brand is not even represented at.
