Pros
Calibre contracts are pretty nice. With the option to renew, its hard not to like. Management is pretty laid back, and very easy to get along with. Everyone has a job to do, so as long as you work hard and try to keep improving, you'll have an opportunity to shine.
Cons
Feeling detached from the company based in Virginia is somewhat difficult.
