Pros

-Very little pros - Only pro that comes to mind is a few summer Fridays and leaving at 530 PM daily.

Cons

1. Horrible office culture- N egative office culture 2.Exclusivity 3. Only respects Sales Planners and Account Executives. If you are not one of those 9 people- forget about being acknowledged. 4. They do not do anything to keep you here. For example: No lunches, happy hours( unless of course you are a Sales Planner or AE) Zero snacks besides stale pretzel rods that everyone elses hands touch. 5. Extremely gossipy- Not by the younger aged people either- Feels like a high school hallway 6 .Absolutely 0 room for growth 7. Significant turnover YEARLY

Pros

Unforgettable memories getting to do cool things I'll tell my kids about someday. From going to the Oscars to interviewing various celebrities, there were certainly things about this job that were a blast. And the lower level employees—from camera ops to production coordinators to editors and directors—are some of the most fun, down to earth people I've ever worked with. We were just working hard and sticking it out together.

Cons

Financial pressures from up top mean that this company works non-union personnel into the ground. 100 hour weeks weren't uncommon. I worked often from 5:30am until late into the night, plus weekends and holidays, and was attached to my phone 24/7 the little time I didn't spend at work. This kept up until the pace quite literally made me sick and disabled from working, then I never heard from many in upper management who had pretend to be my "friends" ever again.
