Pros
There are some very talented people working in each of the departments. The niche market that CCI serves is potentially very lucrative.
Cons
Upper management lacks the experience and vision to seize the opportunities at hand and grow the company to more than a small percentage of its potential. The costs of falling behind the technology curve are compounded by a Just In Time approach to maintaining and improving the infrastructure. There's considerable friction between the CS and IS departments.
