      Where to start, #1 pay by load #2 no work at all #3 we have 3rd party driver because they say we have to much work ( we have no work) #4 old old trucks. #5 starting pay is way to low. #6 driver turn over is like every day due to not having work. #7 If you were not born when the correct skin color you will not succeed here.

      Good Equipment and hard to get fired because of the union

      Cons

      Slow business because competition has taken their major contractors. As a result, not getting any hours
