1. you can learn a lot in CEVA as they work on a lot of different things 2. Good people. the people there are the best 3. a little above average salary
Cons
1. not a big company but works as a big corporate and moves slow 2. very conservative 3. all the management are there from the beginning and you get the feeling that all that really maters is "no to rock the ship"
