Pros
As an IP company, you get to work on different projects and process nodes technologies. Working in Hybrid mod of 3-days in the office and 2 remote
Cons
no processes, mostly based on veterans to remind the team what should be done and when. projects arew only opns when there's a customer so no infrastructure projects are doen unless there's a paid customer. The attitude towards their emplyees when there arwe cuts are dicrespectful, they will deny them RSU and bounuses for past year. I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my friends.
