      Thank you for sharing your experience at CHA. We agree with you that our people are what CHA great! Our people are very kind and supportive of one another. I'm sorry to learn that you felt there was no room for you to grow professionally. We are growing so quickly that if feels as if opportunities come along frequently and when you least expect it. It sounds like that was not your experience that that is unfortunate. Take care and I hope you consider returning to CHA in the future!

      CHA is a great company to work for, I been with them for almost 8 years and can say without a doubt this is the best company I've ever worked for. They value their employees and trrat everyone with respect.

      Not much to say here. I honestly enjoy my job.

      Life Insurance, 401K match and benefits.

      Cons

      At Javan I was a person and treated with understanding and empathy. When Javan became CHA I became a number on a spreadsheet! No matter how good you are at your job, you are expendable!!! Subpar onboarding when given a new position. Upper management has a cut-throat leadership style which does not promote trust and teamwork. PTO is not awarded or structured by employee longevity but only by position held in the company which is terrible.
