As for our project portfolio, we are highly diversified with clients in projects in numerous geographies and across all the services we provide. Sounds like you didn’t have an opportunity to experience all that CHA has to offer from a project standpoint. Looks like you are a former employee, that is unfortunate.       CHA is a great company to work for, I been with them for almost 8 years and can say without a doubt this is the best company I've ever worked for. They value their employees and trrat everyone with respect.

      Life Insurance, 401K match and benefits.

      Cons

      At Javan I was a person and treated with understanding and empathy. When Javan became CHA I became a number on a spreadsheet! No matter how good you are at your job, you are expendable!!! Subpar onboarding when given a new position. Upper management has a cut-throat leadership style which does not promote trust and teamwork. PTO is not awarded or structured by employee longevity but only by position held in the company which is terrible.
