Pros

Company is located in Austin, Texas - which attracts a lot of creative, young, hip talent to the area. That's a Pro.

Cons

Corporate narcissism, massive turnover, and curious practices in submitting entries into review sites and 'best places to work in Austin' awards. They hire young, engage in shady motivational tactics ("disagree with your boss? You're fired") and literally underpay while pushing for more hours to take advantage of their employees. You're hearing reviewers say it's like a cult - they are not at all off track. One need only hear employees being praised for working 100 hours a week to realize recognition is based not on merit but on slavish devotion to a cause that is dedicated to the ego of a leader who does not walk on water.

Pros

The clients are amazing people to work with every day

Cons

The CEO does NOT practice what he preaches. He thinks he knows what A players want but he doesn’t do anything he tells others to do. He is fake publicly. He pretends to be one person outwardly and I will admit, he is convincing, but he talks poorly about all his current and former employees and clients constantly. He makes inappropriate comments on team meetings and fires people with no notice or real reasons, I watched this happen countless times. He will run people’s name through the mud if you “cross” him or simply do something he doesn’t agree with. I watched him fire multiple pregnant women and multiple woman going through a divorce (while making comments about how unstable they are) while simultaneously talking publicly about how much he supports women. He teaches you how to implement an operating system but doesn’t actually follow his own teaching internally. He has zero loyalty to anyone but himself (not even his wife Cadey who he constantly belittled publicly on team calls). He also was strangely obsessed with his operator and made comments about her looks publicly, clearly making her uncomfortable. I remember one employee he offered to pay to get her breast implants removed. He was constantly crossing boundaries and strongly encouraging his team to try psychedelics. He talks often about autonomy in the work place and accountability but refuses to be held accountable himself. Run far far away!
