      Great people to work with and great sense of community.

      Cons

      At the time there was a lot of shifting and reorganizations that caused a lot of confusion and sometimes placed people in roles that weren't the best fit. It's a non-profit, so they didn't pay very well.

      PTO and health benefits....friendly and helpful front desk staff

      Cons

      Low pay, no growth opportunities, poor and unprofessional leadership who are very laxed, unhelpful, uncaring, nonchalant and even disrespectful at times.... only in a leadership position for the title and money, showing favoritism to certain associates. What's really disturbing is most don't know anything, not even their job, and can't provide any answers. They use the team leads to do their jobs for them while they sit at their desk and relax.
