      Pros

      The company does nice events for all associates.

      Cons

      I believe my cons are solely related to my management, position and the direct teams I work with. I experience lack of communication, collaboration, not being allowed to have an opinion (I've learned I just have to agree with my leadership). Just to name a few.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
