Nice building Parking garage Executive staff is nice Some departments are ok, not PFS though

Major racial issues in PFS department, only african americans can be promoted. Hard work is only reworded with more work. Supervisors and low level management takes no responsibility for problems. They are a non profit organization that is Catholic based but do not practice basic morals within the company. Favoritism runs rampant, nobody has basic manners or respect for others. Attendance policy states you can only miss two days per year and they do not except doctors notes. Raises are only 20 to 30 cents a year.
