      Pay is decent, Benefits are OK. Typical healthcare PTO everything (including holidays) comes from PTO

      Cons

      There is no strategy! Promotions are based on who the system directors like! They have no idea what they are doing... At least in HR.

      PTO and health benefits....friendly and helpful front desk staff

      Cons

      Low pay, no growth opportunities, poor and unprofessional leadership who are very laxed, unhelpful, uncaring, nonchalant and even disrespectful at times.... only in a leadership position for the title and money, showing favoritism to certain associates. What's really disturbing is most don't know anything, not even their job, and can't provide any answers. They use the team leads to do their jobs for them while they sit at their desk and relax.
