      No Pros at all, Yeah good at asking money

      Cons

      This company has cheated a lot people like me. by asking 1.25 lakhs for training. with an assured employment in TCS. As obvious we were not offered job and we got disheartened. The training happened at Kochi, Kerala and we were given an assured job at TCS Kochi. My group included a set of 7 people including 2 ladies. I feel pity on myself that I couldn't go legally against these morons as they had a very strong political and legal connection.

      Pros

      If you put in your share of the work, you’ll be OK. Positive points are given for the somewhat relaxed atmosphere, laissez-faire management style, and being able to browse the web. You’ll also meet many good people along the way.

      Cons

      Minimal praise and promotions are offered. Good feedback is recognized to a degree but not rewarded directly. The skills learned here are not easily transferred to applications elsewhere. There is little growth potential in this role and within the company.
