      Pros

      Great place to work. Looks good on a resume. Friendly co-workers and managers. Great work-life balance. Good benefits and lots of opportunities to be involved in work and community activities. Pay is good for the type of job.

      Cons

      not a whole lot of opportunity to move up the ladder.

      Great for resume. Global audience.

      Cons

      CNN never promotes. It's not what it was. This management is all about profit and that hurts quality. No work life balance. Lots of racism.
